Reminder texts/emails are sent with an easy “Confirm” button or link. If an appointment is not confirmed at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, it may be cancelled and will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the services reserved. Online Booking When booking online, please note that you are requesting a time. The appointment is not reserved until it has been accepted. If you have trouble booking, please contact Coastal Hair Lounge during business hours. Late Policy If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and a fee of 50% of the reserved service will apply. Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service.
